Mr. Rogelio “Sir Leo” Laroza, is a forward-thinking, dependable, and passionate individual with excellent organizational and instructional leadership skills. Sir Leo obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education at Philippine Normal University-Manila and Masters in Business Management at University of Batangas. His extensive experience spans educational leadership, curriculum and policy development, process improvement, capacity building, and overall administrative operations.
